Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Systems Engineer for our Strategic Deterrent Systems Division in Roy, UT. The selected candidate will join a team of systems engineers who continue to mature the interfaces products for the Sentinel Weapon System from the Preliminary Design Review phase to a Critical Design Review and beyond. The role includes working in a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environment. Responsibilities include leading and/or supporting the development of at least the following key interface artifacts:

· Interface Control Documents (ICDs)

· Interface Requirements & Verification Plans

· Interface Logical and Physical Architecture

· Interface NX CAD Models

· Interface Mentor Capital Wiring Diagrams

Basic Qualifications: 

A candidate must meet ALL the criteria below. The candidate must:

• Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) from an accredited institution.
• Be majoring in or having majored in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering, and Electrical Engineering.
• Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher
• Current active Secret Security Clearance or higher

Salary Range for Roy, UT:

• $62,200- $93,400
