The Systems Security Engineering (SSE) team is seeking an Associate SCRM Vulnerability Assessment Engineer for our Strategic Deterrent Systems Division in Roy, UT. In this role, the selected candidate will research, test, and document the cybersecurity posture of commercial off-the-shelf hardware and software products.

 
Responsibilities Include:
-    Perform vulnerability assessments against COTs hardware / software
-    Review, Interpret, and Communicate vulnerability assessment results
-    Participate in a variety of working groups, customer meetings
-    Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of assessment capabilities through the development and implementation of improved methodology, processes, infrastructure, tools, and deliverables

Basic Qualifications: 

A candidate must meet ALL the criteria below. The candidate must:

  • Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) from an accredited institution.
  • Be majoring in or having majored in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher
  • Current active Secret Security Clearance or higher

Salary Range for Roy, UT:

  • $62,200- $93,400
