What you’ll be doing:  

  • Support and shadow Human Resources professionals  

  • Provide administrative support for The Pulse intranet communications, audits, internal postings, and internal reviews on our HR Operations and Total Rewards pages.  

  • Work closely with HR Compliance team and other HR functions to ensure accurate and timely compliance processes, learning about the Federal and State Requirements and how we support our Colleagues and Firm. 

  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and preparing compliance documentation and reports to update and/or file EEO certificates, Affirmative Action Plans, state compliance documents, tax notices, and unemployment claim records.   

  • Work on a targeted project to own from beginning to end. Supervised by the Compliance team. 

We’re looking for someone who has:    

  • Have the availability to work in a hybrid setting during core business hours of Monday – Thursday, 8:30am – 5:30pm   

  • Live in commutable distance to your assigned office  

  • Ability to complete the entire 8-week Summer Internship Program: June 8, 2026 – July 31, 2026  

Basic Qualifications:   

  • Current student working towards bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field of study 

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future   

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:   

  • Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0)   

  • Strong MS Excel and MS Word    

  • Strong time management and organizational skills   

  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team   

  • Great communication, leadership, and analytical skills
