TEAM OVERVIEW:
The Etch Service Business Unit (SBU) partners with customers to maximize equipment performance and reliability post-sale. We are responsible for driving service business growth by delivering customized maintenance, optimization and upgrade solutions to increase customer productivity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in reviewing and updating records of tool performance at target customer account
- Compile and communicate metrics on service contract performance – Tool uptime, labor costs, material costs,
- Create tracking database to capture regionally developed AI solutions, including customer value creation and field proliferation.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Engineering mindset – Data driven analysis and communication
- Able to consolidate field inputs into clear communications – Verbal as well as through documentation
- Sensor development- software and hardware integration
- Tableau, JMP, MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Basic financial aptitude
