2nd and 3rd Shift General Help

Position Title: General Help

Pay Rate:

General Help Associates start as entry level at an hourly rate of $20.50

After an initial onboarding period, the Entry Level Associates immediately begin a state-of-the-art training and certification program to allow potential rapid advancement to higher position and increased wages. 

Category/Shift:

Hourly Full-Time (3pm-11pm – Monday-Friday) or (11pm-7am - Sunday-Thursday)

The Job You Will Perform:

• Reading factory orders

• Counting and stacking finished product

• Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment

• Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting

• Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions

• Learning various processes for operating converting and corrugating machines.

• This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
