Lead Machine Operator
Position Summary
The Machine Operator is responsible for safely operating production equipment while ensuring product quality and production efficiency standards are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor machine performance during production
- Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments
- Conduct basic equipment inspections and checks
- Maintain production output goals
- Follow food safety and company procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
- Work closely with production leads and team members
- Report equipment or production issues to leadership
