About Vise Accelerate
Vise Accelerate is a small, talent-dense, high-velocity unit working on opportunistic AI applications across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Support, and Finance. In the Accelerate Program, you will build tools and workflow for the internal Vise team and externally with Vise’s key customers. Your projects will leverage Vise’s existing distribution into sophisticated RIAs and access to deep end-user portfolio context to deliver high-leverage AI projects.
The Fellowship
The Accelerate Fellowship is a 3-month program designed to attract and train top builders by having them work on real, high-leverage Vise problems. Fellows will be a part of Vise Accelerate, working in small, high-output squads of 2–3 people to transform out-of-the-box AI models into measurable productivity gains and differentiated enterprise-grade features. The Fellowship is a paid position for Summer 2026, based in Vise’s headquarters in New York.
Vise will provide housing as needed for intense collaboration and speed. The highest performing Fellows will be converted into full-time hires.
What We’re Looking For
Engineers and builders who thrive in talent-dense teams and possess high agency. Ideal candidates should be:
- User Obsessed: Able to understand complex financial workflows quickly and deeply.
- End-to-End Minded: Possess strong product instincts, able to build from scratch and iterate fast to deliver first value within 6-10 weeks.
- Technically Robust: Full-stack competency with practical experience in LLM/NLP concepts and applications.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop AI-assisted workflows: for operational work, such as automated reconciliation explanations and client-ready summaries.
