You’ll build strong, meaningful relationships, help connect customer needs with the right departments, and proactively share the right products and services to make life easier for the people we serve.<br><br> </div><div>If you’re the kind of person who enjoys talking with others, staying organized, and finding friendly ways to support customers, we’d love to have you on our team.<br><br> </div><div> <strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Manage customer accounts and keep information updated in our database</li> <li>Help customers with policy changes and answer questions (with patience and a smile)</li> <li>Process insurance claims and follow up with customers to keep them informed on status</li> <li>Work with underwriters to help ensure policies are issued quickly and correctly</li> </ul><div> <strong>QUALIFICATIONS<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail</li> <li>Excellent customer service and communication skills</li> <li>Prior experience in insurance or a related field is preferred</li> <li>Property and Casualty Insurance License</li> <li>Life and Health Insurance License</li> </ul><div></div> </div>
