Position Overview
As an Agent Team Member, you’ll partner with our State Farm Agent to help drive marketing success and deliver a remarkable customer experience—through value-based conversations and thoughtful guidance.

- Help the agent achieve and exceed marketing goals
- Develop leads, follow up, and schedule appointments
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate State Farm products and services
- Deliver an excellent customer experience through communication and relationship-building
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to daily execution
- Make presentations to potential customers and support outreach efforts
- Conduct effective interviews to understand customer needs and match solutions
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
Required / Must-Have
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license must be currently active
- Life & Health license: must be able to obtain (or be in process)
Strongly Preferred
- Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, telemarketing)
- A track record of meeting sales goals/quotas

- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)

- Self-motivation and comfort working in a team environment
- Ability to present to prospects
- Knowledge of financial services and/or life products (or willingness to learn quickly)
