We are looking for an Accountant to join our Finance team in our regional office in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll allocations and reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide billing support and assist with related documentation.
- Conduct ad hoc project payroll analysis as needed.
- Ensure unwavering attention to detail and effective follow-up on tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
Required:
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting; construction industry experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred:
- Experience with payroll processes in a construction environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong work ethic and follow-up skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing project needs.
- Familiarity with additional accounting software or tools.
