Without the strength of our accounting team, we would not be able to offer the industry-leading service we’re known for. We’re seeking an experienced Accountant Professional. The ideal candidate will have proven industry experience as a Accountant. 

 

As a strong communicator and skilled hands-on Accountant, you will perform general accounting and other related duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  •  Managing invoice processing, payment disbursement, and collection activities
  • Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Preparing balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports
  • Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to management
  • Developing and managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and analyzing variances
  • Preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
  • Assisting with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and analysis
  • Effectively communicating financial information to various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
  • Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable function

 

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in accounting or related accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements related to accounting processes 

 

 

ITAR REQUIREMENTS:

  • To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:  

  • This is a largely sedentary role. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.  
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.  

 WORK ENVIRONMENT:  

  • This position operates in a professional office environment.  
  • This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
