Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Prepare accounts payable vouchers, evaluate for proper authorization and documentation of receipt of goods or services.
• Code invoices and vouchers with appropriate account distribution.
• Ensure correct classification of expenses and input data into the general ledger.
• Prepare weekly check disbursements.
• Perform checks and balance on check disbursements (signature authorization policy) .
• Obtain record and communication with vendor inquiries regarding status of payment.
• Reconciliation of vendor statement.
• Assist with the monthly close process.
• Maintain and reconcile petty cash drawer.
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned by Accounting Manager.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting experience, and or equivalent combination.
• Self-starter: must have ability to work independently and proactively.
• Strong communication skills verbal and written.
• Experience with automated financial systems, ERP applications. Oracle System preferred.
• Computer proficient (MS Office, Excel, Word).
• Bilingual in Korean Preferred but not required.
