Your Responsibilities:

• Review and code financial information
• Prepare and process documents to disburse funds, make deposits and prepare reports
• Compile and review information for accuracy; and maintain records
• Work is performed by applying knowledge of accounting terminology and using spreadsheets and/or automated accounting systems.
• Designs, prepares, and maintains spreadsheets using basic mathematical calculations.
• Interprets and applies instructions and guidelines to resolve work problems.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred
• Associates degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• Knowledge with QuickBooks is a requirement.
• Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping terminology and practices.
• Knowledge of automated accounting systems.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and database software.
