Your Role
The Non-Merch Accounts Payable Accountant is responsible for accurate and timely processing, reconciliation, and review of non-merchandise payables. This role partners closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies, support audits, and ensure strong financial controls.

Your Impact
Perform monthly account reconciliations related to non-merchandise accounts payable
Review, analyze, and resolve MRBR and GRIR balances
Investigate and resolve invoice, receipt, and payment discrepancies
Manage and monitor the AP inbox and coordinate mailroom activity
Support internal stakeholders and external vendors with accounts payable inquiries
Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations
Maintain audit trails and documentation in accordance with policy requirements
Ensure compliance with company policies and Delegation of Authority (DOA)
Review invoices for sales/use tax and VAT compliance
The role may also support month-end close activities and process improvement initiatives, as needed.

Your Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
0 – 3 years accounting experience
SAP, Ariba, Sharepoint experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal and external partners
Must be detail oriented with demonstrated analytical and technical skills
Perform job functions/assignments with minimal supervision
