Accounting AI Co-op with Drexel University

Join Susquehanna's AI Co-op program for a hands-on, high-impact learning experience at the intersection of technology and data. In this role, you will work on real projects that have measurable business impact while receiving mentorship from experienced technologists and accounting analysts who will support your growth.

Throughout your co-op, you will gain a deep understanding of how large language models operate in real-world, data-driven environments. You will develop a strong understanding of how large language models (LLMs) and AI tools can be applied to accounting workflows. You will also have the unique opportunity to learn about current accounting rules and how they impact various aspects of the business, including the application of accounting guidance in financial statements.

• Students pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics or related field
• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL, C# or similar)
• Experience with NLP or working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and deploying models to production environments.
• Curiosity, collaboration, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in applying AI within accounting, financial reporting, or regulatory domains
