ACCOUNTING AND AUDIT INTERN

POSITION SUMMARY 
The Accounting and Audit Intern position will almost exclusively be dealing with accounts payable by paying a high volume of vendors. In addition, this position will be tasked with working through billing issues with Pricebook, vendors, and merchandisers.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer the accounts payable process for multiple vendors on a weekly, biweekly, and monthly basis
• Assist with invoice and import issues
• Audit store information
• Assist with front desk operations and visitor support as needed
• Act as a backup resource for multiple positions while developing a broad understanding of accounting operations
• Assist with various departmental organization projects
• Complete special projects as requested by Management/Executive team
