Job Title: Accounting and Finance Analyst Intern (hybrid- onsite Monday- Thursday)

Location: US-GA-Atlanta (Sandy Springs)

FLSA: Non-exempt

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Analyst Intern to support our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting. The intern will work closely with the Director of Finance and members of the Finance team to support data analysis, reporting preparation, and process improvements. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data gathering and preparation for annual budgets, forecasts, and projections
  • Support analysis of monthly operating expenses and assist with commentary
  • Help prepare recurring financial reports and management presentations 
  • Assist in maintaining dashboards and analytics tools 
  • Gather and consolidate financial data from multiple sources 
  • Support ad-hoc projects and cross-functional finance initiatives
    • Support Tax Accounting Method Change project
    • Support various AI initiatives within Finance Team

Job Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Strong Excel skills and interest in financial analysis tools
  • High attention to detail and eagerness to learn
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Curious, proactive, and collaborative
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities 
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy
