Responsibilities:

Accounting Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Invoice packet accounting functions
• Employee order accounting functions
• Packaging usage accounting functions
• Data entry and compilation of data from multiple sources into Excel spreadsheets
• Ensure prompt and accurate data entry
• Compile data for daily sales analysis
• Process daily inventory receiving
• Assist with month end processing
• Other duties as assigned

This is an on-site position

Qualifications:

Qualified Candidates for the Accounting Assistant position should possess the following:

• Microsoft Excel formula and spreadsheet navigation skills; minimum of 1 year of Excel experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Reasoning and problem-solving ability
• Good attendance record
• Diligence, accuracy, and neatness are essential
• High School Education
• General office skills
• Good work ethic and ability to work well with others

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
