Accounting Accounts Receivable *

Do you have a background in accounting and a passion for helping others? Look no further! We are searching for an Account Associate to help support accounting functions and handle cash receipts. This position has contact with many departments and important to our mission!

Here are some of the unique job duties that are a part of this position.

Processes adult services food services’ daily cash items and posts to correct accounts
Processes credit card and ach payments received for adult services
Inputs miscellaneous receipts for children’s & adult’s services and accounts receivable payments for adult services
Enters RISE invoices in inventory spreadsheet
Reviews monthly open Accounts Receivable (AR) report for past due invoices
Codes and reviews invoices related to RISE with purchase order system
Assisting with month-end close
Acts as a courier between LifeScape locations and banks
Processes EBT/food stamp application and recertifications
Facilitates payment of past due invoices by sending reminders and contacting clients

Base wage for this position starts at $17.25/hour and goes up with experience.

Requirements

Education and Experience

A post-secondary two-year accounting degree is required. A minimum of one year of accounting experience is preferred.
