About this role

As an Accounting Associate, you will play a foundational role in our finance department, responsible for accurate data entry and the initial preparation of key financial documents. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to begin a career in accounting, offering the opportunity to develop core skills under general supervision. You will contribute to the financial health of the organization by ensuring precise record-keeping and reporting.

Responsibilities

Accurately enter journal entries into the general ledger system.
Prepare various accounting statements and financial reports as required.
Work effectively under general supervision to complete assigned tasks.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounting department.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent. This is an entry-level position with little to no previous work experience required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Demonstrated ability for advanced process improvement.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
