Summary:
The Accounting Auditor serves as an integral part of the Finance team by providing technical and analytical expertise to a busy retail/c-store environment. This position is responsible for providing audit support to assigned businesses under the Toot’n Totum family of companies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensures proper processing of various vendor billing, store deposits, and inventory audits for Car Care Centers.
- Reconciles bank and check reconciliations for the Car Care Centers.
- Sends monthly statements to customers and processes customer payments.
- Supports and facilitates organizational changes, continuous improvement, and communication.
- Establishes and fosters relationships with management and all team members that will enable the Finance function to be viewed as an integral part of the business.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Accounting software.

Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of two years’ experience preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk/hear, push/pull, climb, bend/stoop, crouch/kneel/crawl, taste/smell, balance, twist/reach, carry, grasp with hands, squat, drive and use keyboard.
- Lifting Requirements: Lift/pull up to 50lbs on occasion.
- Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, communication equipment, verbal instructions, and machinery.
- Cognitive Requirements: Basic reading, writing and math skills. Basic speech skills: must be able to speak, read, write & understand the English language, clerical tasks, memorization, analytical skills, function under stress & make independent decisions.
- Vision Requirements: General vision requirements in addition to close vision (<20 inches), Distance Vision (>20 feet), color vision and peripheral vision.
- Noise Levels: Normal noise levels.
- Repetitive Motion(s): Regularly & repetitively use both feet and both hands.
