Accounting Clerical - Student Employment

About the Department

Assist the Accounting Offices by performing clerical/office tasks and helping with special projects..

Position Duties

• Scanning and filing 
• Assist AP Coordinator as needed
• Data entry 
• Check and distribute mail
• Special projects 
• Assist Purchasing department as needed
• Assist Controller, Accounts Payable with audit tasks as needed during the summer
• Assist Student Accounts department with projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Professional and dependable
• Able to work independently and take initiative in completing tasks
