Job Responsibilities:
• Perform basic and routine accounting functions
• Reconcile and prepare daily cash and credit card deposits
• Submit and maintain 8300 Cash Reporting Forms in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Order and maintain dealership office supplies
• Process daily cash receipts accurately and in a timely manner
• File and maintain vehicle deal documentation
• Provide backup support for various office responsibilities
• Assist with additional clerical duties as assigned to support daily operations

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
• Basic accounting knowledge and understanding
• Experience working in an automotive dealership accounting office is ideal (i.e. accounts payable reconciliations, billing deals, etc.)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Precise and thorough with excellent attention to details
• Must be available to work Monday – Friday 7am to 4pm
• Willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
