The Accounting Clerk is responsible for accounting administrative duties and will provide some support to other areas of the hotel (exec offices, etc.).
Will be responsible for
- Reviewing and organizing daily operational paper work
- General Cashier duties
- Managing chargebacks
- Maintaining contracts and certificates of insurance
- Managing record storage in the hotel
- Receiving and Payables
- Month end closing duties
- Reconciling purchase cards
- Reconciling some third vendor accounts
- Researching guest inquiries as needed
- Other departmental duties as needed
The hourly pay-range for this position is $20.00-$24.00. This is the pay range for this position that Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
