Are you ready to start your accounting career in a dynamic property management environment? We’re looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our branch office team. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to work with diverse financial activities while supporting the success of our properties and clients. This will be for an in office full-time position at our Sarasota, FL branch location.

 

As an Accounting Clerk, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You’ll play a key role in analyzing data, managing the general ledger, and providing insights that help our management team make informed decisions.


What You’ll Do

  • Maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax obligations, and other financial activities.
  • Update and manage the general ledger as needed.
  • Analyze financial data to prepare accurate and timely reports.
  • Generate and interpret financial statements for management review.
  • Support additional accounting tasks as assigned.
