As our Accounting Clerk (Finance Coordinator), you help keep the beat steady—ensuring accuracy across daily revenue, transactions, reporting, and financial controls. 🎸 Your Mission
Ensure accurate daily revenue reporting, reconciliations, and accounting support that keeps the financial heartbeat of the hotel strong and reliable.


🎤 What You’ll Do
Reconcile and audit daily hotel income, taxes, credit card transactions, and room revenue
Verify postings from Night Audit and point-of-sale systems to ensure balance and accuracy
Maintain and distribute daily revenue and financial reports
Record and reconcile deposits, ledger balances, and account transactions
Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities as assigned
Support month-end close through journal entries and account reconciliations
Uphold accounting controls, confidentiality, and secure handling of financial data
Partner with departments to resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner


💎 You’re a Great Fit If You…
Have 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience (hospitality accounting a plus!)
Understand basic accounting principles, audit processes, and reconciliation workflows
Are skilled in Excel and comfortable learning hotel/accounting software systems
Have strong attention to detail and follow-through
Are reliable, organized, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Take ownership of accuracy—and know that every detail matters
