About The Role
Assists in indexing and verifying vendor 3-way match for Accounts Payable invoices. Assist in backup of Cost performance of closing trailers and manufacturing jobs. Process parts invoices, returns and warranty credits thru Intellichief along with backup information. Help with cash application as needed.
Responsibilities
Index invoices in Intellichief for 3-way match.
Verifies receipt and accuracy of supplier invoices if help needed.
Perform job closing steps to assist with Cost responsibilities for backup.
Assist with monthly visa card purchase verification.
Supports other accounting functions as requested.
Processing of parts invoices, returns, and warranties.
Help with cash payments as needed.
Help with other items as needed within the department.
Candidate Requirements
High School education with minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting field. Computer experience requiring including MS Office applications, as well as efficient and accurate in data management. Must possess excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision while analyzing data, problem solving and utilizing math skills.
