Accounting/ Controllership Intern

Job Description:

As an Accounting Controllership Intern, you'll be a valued member of the accounting

team and gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, working closely with

This is a 36-hour-per-week, 10-week hybrid internship running from June 15 to August 21, 2026. The pay is $25/hr.

What you’ll get to do:

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules.

• Help with month-end closing processes, including balance sheet reconciliations.

• Support the team with data entry and reconciliation of accounts.

• Assist the team in streamlining and automating manual processes using AI.

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of standard operations procedures (SOPs) across various accounts and processes.

• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.

You should apply if you have most of this experience:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting (or a related field).

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Eager to learn and take on new challenges.

IAS Pay Transparency:

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location, and any additional locations are listed below. Our pay ranges are based on the work location. As part of IAS compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) as well as PPO, HSA and FSA options and 401k with employer matching contributions. All full-time employee roles include competitive compensation and are eligible for an annual bonus and/or other incentive plans.
