Your Recipe for Impact — What You’ll Do
As an Accounting Expense Report Associate, you play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly and accurately. Your work behind the scenes helps ensure our restaurants and support teams can focus on serving great food and great experiences.
In this role, you will Make a Difference by supporting accurate expense reporting, reconciliations, and financial records that drive informed business decisions. Day-to-Day Ingredients — Responsibilities
As an Accounting Expense Report Associate, you will:
- Process expense reports, invoices, and basic accruals with accuracy and timeliness
- Research and resolve routine discrepancies with vendors and internal partners
- Assist with account reconciliations and financial tracking
- Prepare and maintain recurring reports and supporting documentation
- Organize and maintain accounting records and documentation systems
- Partner with internal teams to collect required financial information
- Support departmental projects and ad hoc reporting needs
- Follow accounting policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

What You Bring to the Table — Required Experience
As an Accounting Expense Report Associate, you must have:
- 1+ year of accounting or relevant administrative experience
- Working knowledge of basic accounting processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
- Clear communication skills and accountability for assigned work
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
Extra Toppings — Desired Experience
As an Accounting Expense Report Associate, we prefer you to have:
- Experience with expense reporting or invoice processing
- Prior support of reconciliations or financial reporting activities
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems
Where & How You’ll Work
This role is based at the San Antonio Home Office, working on‑site Monday through Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays. In this role, you’ll have strong collaboration with leadership, across cross-functional teams, and with external partners to align capabilities with restaurant realities. The work environment is fast‑paced and requires sound judgment, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration skills. Full‑time availability is required, with occasional extended hours based on business needs, along with occasional travel to properties, project sites, and external meetings. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of the San Antonio Home Office.
