    Location: Round Rock, TX

    Schedule: Full time Hybrid schedule; 3 days in office per week, 2 days remote

    Salary: $24+, including benefit package

    Job Description:   We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting & Finance Administrative Specialist to support our accounting, finance, and compliance functions. This hybrid role combines financial support, regulatory compliance coordination, and general administrative responsibilities. 

    This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and build a career in the accounting and finance field. It offers broad exposure to core accounting processes, multi-entity compliance, and operational administration within a growing organization.

        

    Job Qualifications:  

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong written and verbal communication skill
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Willingness to learn and grow within the accounting field
    • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
    • High school diploma or equivalent required

     

     Job Tasks:  

    Accounting & Finance Support 

    • Perform accounting data entry and assist with accounts payable and/or daily sales entries 
    • Support reconciliations and financial record maintenance 
    • Assist with month-end and year-end closing support tasks 
    • Maintain organized electronic financial records and documentation to be used for audit purposes 

    Licensing, Permits & Compliance 

    • Assist with ongoing renewals of business licenses and permits 
    • Support compliance tracking for multiple business entities 
    • Maintain regulatory calendars and ensure timely filings for various tax reportings 
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies regarding compliance documentation 

    Administrative Support 

    • Maintain and organize electronic file storage systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility 
    • Create, update, and manage digital documents and Adobe forms 
    • Assist with document preparation, formatting, and internal reporting 
    • Maintain correspondence, documentation, and support related to insurance claims, including interaction with our insurance agents 
    • Provide general administrative support to the accounting and finance team, as well as general office admin support as needs arise
    • Support special projects and cross-functional administrative tasks as needed 

     

    Physical Requirements:  

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
    • 3 days per week in office is required
