Overview
Provide support to Sr. Accounting Manager and the finance team needed during Q2 close.
Responsibilities
During the internship, you will:
- Concur: Allocating department to air fares; Creating new hire accounts; Updating accounts (changing manager, department, name)
- Generating monthly checklist/ Calendar
- Quarterly Board member Related party search (SOX)
- Balance sheet reconciliation for Operating Lease ROU/liabilities
- Assist with cash account reconciliations
- Assist AP to review Monthly statements
- Manage and process credit cards and perform monthly allocation of corporate credit card expenses by department
- Ad Hoc reporting & Analysis using tools –NetSuite, Concur, Bill.com
Education & Requirements
- Pursuing/Completed bachelor’s degree in business/finance/accounting.
Mental: Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem-solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines.
Work Environment
This position will work in an office setting, routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, copiers, printers, and filing cabinets.
