Kett Engineering is looking for an intern for a Summer role working with our customer in their accounting department.
Duties:
- Reconcile Monthly Statements
- Reconciling all invoices for 2025/26 with contract pricing
- Proactive Reconciliation, requesting AR statements and reconcile to PS voucher list
- Research / Resolve Velocity Report Exceptions for Materials
- Vendor MSA Facilitation
- Assist with major vendors obtaining the Master Service Agreements
- SLA Research, verify cross reference of Capital assets
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Some college or working to Accounting degree
- Must pass pre-employment drug and background screens
- Maintain professionalism with team and customer employees
