KI has an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Intern at the Corporate office in Green Bay, WI. This is a paid, full-time, summer internship. 

As an Accounting Intern, you will have the chance to apply your knowledge to real-world accounting, reporting and analysis for KI, a leader in contract furniture manufacturing. You will work closely with our experienced team, and your ideas and creativity will be valued as we strive for continuous improvement and innovation. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and engaging work environment.

This position is responsible for:

  • Providing general accounting support
  • Assisting with special projects and analysis
  • Providing support to Finance functions in a backup capacity

Candidates must be an incoming Junior or Senior in an Accounting Bachelor’s degree program.  

Strong analytical, organizational, communication and computer skills, including proficiency with Excel, are required. Ideal candidates also have strong attention to detail, are deadline-oriented, and have a strong desire to learn.

Pay rate will be determined based on experience (years completed towards degree program) and will range from $17.25 through $18.75/hour.

In addition, your experience will include: 

  • Shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities with our experienced team of Accounting professionals
  • Hands-on application of generally accepted accounting principles
  • Opportunity for internship extension based on performance and company requirements.
