What we are looking for
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Intern to support our growing Accounting team. This role will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, helping ensure financial data is accurate, organized, and up to date. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a college student interested in pursuing a career in accounting or finance who wants exposure to real-world accounting processes, systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you will do
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice entry, payment tracking, and documentation support
- Help maintain accurate financial records by organizing files and performing data entry in NetSuite or other systems
- Support bank and balance sheet reconciliations by gathering data and preparing templates for review
- Assist with billing processes by compiling inputs and validating basic data
- Perform routine data checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information
- Support month-end close activities through assigned administrative and preparatory tasks
- Help organize documentation for audits and internal reviews
- Collaborate with team members across Accounting, Finance, and Operations as needed
- Assist with ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives

Technical Skills & Tools
- Basic Excel skills (e.g., data entry, formatting, simple formulas)
- Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) is a plus
- Prior experience working with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT)
What you will need
Required
- Currently pursuing a BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (open to all years of study)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Availability to work a consistent schedule (full-time during internship period)
- Willing to work on-site, 5 days a week in our Dallas office
Preferred
- Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above
- Prior internship, coursework, or project experience related to accounting or finance
- Exposure to Excel or accounting systems

The base salary range for this position may vary based on location. Actual compensation will be determined by role, level, and location, considering additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. For roles eligible for remote work, the base salary is tailored to the designated work location. In addition to the base salary, candidates may be eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus, determined based on both the company's business performance and individual contributions. The People & Culture team will provide specific details during the hiring process.
