About the Role


Basic Purpose:

The position involves processing invoices for products that have shipped out of the South Carolina facilities as well as all the processes that are associated with invoicing.

Pay Range: $20.00/hr

Shift: 1st shift (8:00am - 5:00pm)

Top Skills and Abilities we are seeking in an Applicant:

  • Basic understanding of accounting functions.

  • Possess strong overall office skills, including use of computers, their applications, and other office equipment. 

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with continuous interruptions

  • Must have good oral and written communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to organize workload for timely accomplishment of work.

  • Previous experience with Doxis and/or SAP are a plus.

Top Actual Tasks for this position:

  • Entering information from bill of ladings into SAP for invoicing 

  • Create Debits and Credits when requested

  • Calculate freight charges to add to invoices prior to invoicing

  • Research and work with other departments when a discrepancy occurs

  • Must be able to account for all orders that remain on the billing due list.

A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
