About the Role
Basic Purpose:
The position involves processing invoices for products that have shipped out of the South Carolina facilities as well as all the processes that are associated with invoicing.
Pay Range: $20.00/hr
Shift: 1st shift (8:00am - 5:00pm)
Top Skills and Abilities we are seeking in an Applicant:
Basic understanding of accounting functions.
Possess strong overall office skills, including use of computers, their applications, and other office equipment.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with continuous interruptions
Must have good oral and written communication and organizational skills.
Ability to organize workload for timely accomplishment of work.
Previous experience with Doxis and/or SAP are a plus.
Top Actual Tasks for this position:
Entering information from bill of ladings into SAP for invoicing
Create Debits and Credits when requested
Calculate freight charges to add to invoices prior to invoicing
Research and work with other departments when a discrepancy occurs
Must be able to account for all orders that remain on the billing due list.

A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
