SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Selection will be based on overall qualifications, skills testing (if applicable), and an interview process. The final candidate selected will be subject to a comprehensive background/reference check commensurate to the position, including a credit check.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED.
One (1) year of experience in an office, working with financial records.
Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Three (3) years bookkeeping experience to include accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Direct experience in collections and/or liens.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Access, Excel, Outlook and Word (version 2010 or higher).
Proficiency with Adobe Pro (PDF).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
