Job Description:

We are hiring a variety of Interns for Summer 2026 to help our different business teams with various admin tasks and business processes. You will get an opportunity to attend Lunch and Learn events with leaders from the organization, gain valuable experience and build relationships with leaders. You will work onsite at our Corporate Office located in the Denver Tech Center.

Internships generally take place May-August with flexibility to school semester end dates and fall start dates. Twelve full weeks minimum commitment. Schedule generally expected to be 35-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

We’re excited to offer a hands-on Summer 2026 accounting internship opportunity for a motivated student to support our accounting team. 

As an intern, you’ll work closely with an experienced accounting team and gain exposure to a variety of specialized areas, including Transactions, Treasury, Corporate Accounting, Joint Ventures, SEC reporting, and Real Estate accounting. This is a great opportunity to build practical skills, learn how an accounting and finance team functions within a growing organization, and gain exposure that will be valuable as you begin your career. We’re looking for someone eager to learn, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute while developing their professional skill set.

A bit more about what you’ll do…

  • Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities, including supporting financial reporting and related processes
  • Perform basic account reconciliations and analysis to help ensure accurate and complete financial records
  • Help organize accounting documentation, maintain supporting schedules, and improve process organization
  • Collaborate with team members across accounting functions to support deadlines and priorities
  • Gain hands-on exposure to day-to-day accounting operations within a corporate environment
  • Support one of several specialized accounting teams (Transactions, Treasury, Corporate Accounting, Joint Ventures, SEC Reporting, or Real Estate)
  • Learn how accounting processes support broader business decisions and financial strategy
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests that provide insight into real-world accounting challenges

  • Insight into end-to-end financial reporting processes
  • Professional development through direct interaction with Accounting Leadership, including the Chief Accounting Officer and Directors

  • Mentorship, feedback, and exposure to real-world accounting decisions that support career growth in accounting and finance
Qualifications:
  • Must be at a minimum rising college seniors and earning a degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited college or university 
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in an accounting environment
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
Additional Information:

Expected pay rate of $19.29/hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

Candidates extended an offer will be required to undergo pre-employment screening that includes checking references, a four-panel drug screening that excludes marijuana testing, employment verification & criminal background check.
