Anne Boyd State Farm is seeking a relationship-focused Acquisitions Specialist to join our team in Henderson, KY. This is a full-time, sales-dominant opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building trust, and helping customers make informed decisions about their insurance needs.
In this role, your primary focus will be generating new business, following up with prospective customers, and helping individuals and families find coverage that protects what matters most. We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented, comfortable initiating professional conversations, and interested in growing within the insurance industry.

What You’ll Do
Engage with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, follow-ups, and community outreach.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities.
Quote, present, and recommend insurance products based on customer needs.
Schedule and conduct follow-up conversations to support acquisition and sales goals.
Track activity, manage leads, and report progress toward established objectives.
Collaborate with the team on outreach strategies and business development efforts.
Maintain compliance with office procedures and insurance industry regulations.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A goal-oriented approach to sales and customer conversations.
Comfort initiating contact with prospective customers.
Organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, outreach, customer service, or insurance is preferred.
Availability to work full-time in office in Henderson, KY.
Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)
This position is contingent upon obtaining required insurance licenses.
• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date. Full licensing support is provided.
• Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of your start date.
• We provide licensing guidance, study resources, and onboarding support throughout the process.
Compensation
This position offers base pay plus commission, giving sales professionals the opportunity to grow their income based on performance, production, and results.
