Activities Assistant

This is the perfect role for someone who is outgoing, creative, and enjoys working with people of all ages. From crafts and games to group activities and events, you’ll play a key role in creating the fun, engaging atmosphere our members love.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, organize, and lead a variety of activities for members and guests (daytime, afternoon, and evening)
• Set up, facilitate, and clean up events including crafts, games, and sports activities
• Engage with members of all ages, including children, teens, and adults
• Greet new arrivals and promote upcoming events and activities
• Provide clear instructions and ensure participants have a great experience
• Coordinate logistics to ensure events run smoothly
• Implement inclusive activities that accommodate individuals with special needs
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver high-quality customer service at all times
• Follow and enforce all safety procedures and policies
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support resort operations

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in recreational activities, event planning, or a related field is preferred
• Energetic, outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with people
• Strong organization, time management, and adaptability skills
• Patience and compassion when working with a diverse group of guests
• Ability to pass a background check
• Physically able to meet job demands including walking, standing, lifting, and participating in activities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and early mornings as needed
