Acute Care or Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Inpatient II- Deaconess Hospitalist Marion, IL; F-T 80 hrs./pay

Location: Deaconess Illinois Medical Center Marion, IL
About Us: Deaconess Illinois Specialty Clinic is dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our community. We are seeking a F-T Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our hospitalist group, ensuring comprehensive coverage and support for our patients.
Clinic Hours:

• Day Shift: 7am-7pm, 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day coverage for the hospitalist group
• Provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting

Qualifications:

• Licensure in the state of Illinois
• Certification by the ANCC as a Certified Nurse Practitioner or by the NCCPA as a Certified Physician Assistant
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in a hospitalist role is preferred, but not required

Bonus:

Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.

Compensation:

Hourly Range $50.00 - $75.00
