About this role
Involves managing or performing administrative services or managing the full general operations of an academic or non-academic organization. Administrative services include activities in finance and human resources and may also include IT, facilities, or student services. General management activities include long and short range strategic planning in determining the mission and directing all activities of multi-disciplinary departments through subordinate management of staff. The Executive Analyst is responsible for providing high-level executive, project coordination, and operational support to a senior faculty member, Executive Vice Chair of Adult Anesthesia and Chief of Anesthesia at ZSFGH.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training Minimum two years of experience providing executive-level support to facultyDemonstrated project coordination experience/skillsDemonstrated expertise in MS Office applications and other commonly used software applications (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe, Qualtrics, Zoom). Ability to learn to utilize other programs as needed.Demonstrated expertise in project management software (Asana, Microsoft Project, etc.)Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and faculty verbally and in writingDemonstrated experience working independently with minimal supervision, using initiative, sound judgement, and resourcefulness in performing key responsibilities Ability to handle sensitive materials and information with confidentiality and discretionAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks with competing deadlinesAbility to meet deadlines in a timely and accurate manner with excellent attention to detailExcellent customer service and organizational skillsDemonstrated excellent attendance and reliability
