About this role
About the Department
Primarily responsible to provide administrative /office support to the Major of security.
Prepare correspondence along with special reports for internal and/or external distribution and filing.
Process incoming mail, answers phone inquiries.
Request and maintain supplies.
Additional duties assigned as needed.
This position is under the direct supervision of the Major and serves as administrative support to the administrative Captain.
Serves as backup to the DHO recorder in his / her absence.
Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire.
