Keeps track of departmental activity via calendar.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EOpens, sorts, reviews and distributes mail. Prepares responses to routine inquiries. Identifies items requiring immediate attention.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EEstablishes, maintains and revises record keeping and filing systems. Classifies, sorts and files correspondence records and other documents.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EPrepares meeting packets. Copies, assembles and distributes packets. Attends meetings, takes and transcribes minutes.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ETranscribes, types, formats and proofreads variety of material.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ETypes and performs data entry into existing computer software programs.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EKeeps department stocked with supplies. Manages office supply budget.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssists willingly with other administrative duties as assigned.
