Pickerington, Ohio
$19–$21 per hour
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant / Assistant Recruiter to join our growing team in our Pickerington office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting both office operations and the hiring process.
This position plays an important role in helping ensure our caregivers are supported and our clients receive excellent service.
Responsibilities

Schedule and conduct caregiver interviews

Coordinate and schedule new hire onboarding appointments

Assist with caregiver recruiting and applicant follow-up

Help maintain the caregiver schedule and ensure shifts are covered

Answer incoming office calls and respond to inquiries

Verify caregiver clock-ins and assist with basic scheduling needs

Perform general administrative and office support tasks

Maintain organized records and documentation
On-Call Rotation

One evening per week and one weekend per month on call

On-call is worked remotely from home
-
Responsibilities include answering phones and ensuring caregivers are clocked in for scheduled shifts

No requirement to sit at a computer during on-call time
Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills

Friendly and professional phone presence

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment

Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, documentation)

Reliable and dependable with strong attention to detail

Previous administrative, scheduling, or recruiting experience preferred but not required
