Job Purpose
Provide administrative, financial, and clerical support to the organization. This role includes controlling expenses by processing, verifying and reconciling invoices in a timely, accurate and efficient manner according to established policies and procedures.

Key Job Elements
• Perform data entry of Accounts Payable invoices in an accurate and timely manner;
• Process all invoices received within 48 hours of receipt utilizing basic problem-solving skills (purchase order research);
• Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accurate record keeping and problem solve any issues;
• Ensure compliance with departmental standards (processing/ scanning goals);
• Follow established Accounting policies & procedures;
• Scan AP documents for indexing into imaging system;
• Gather and report accrual data;
• Ensure data entry is up to date in order to meet month end deadlines;
• Balancing Time/Labor Cards or Factory Track Reports to match Payroll;
• Other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications and Experience
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records and other office procedures and terminology;
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction;
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
