About this role
Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion.
- Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices, and ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies, and experience in using technology and the Internet to improve work efficiency.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a range of people and job functions.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $96000 - $138000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative business partnership and support for leaders.
- Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book travel, create expense reports).
- Be an active contributor to the broader E/ABP community.
- Be an engaged collaborator and team player, willing to lean in where needed in support of the whole team.
- Learn quickly, multitask, and be calm and flexible working in a fast-paced environment.
