About this role
High School diploma required (BA/BS preferred). Typically 7+ years personal lines/PCG experience. Property & Casualty broker license required upon hire; CIC or CPCU preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel, CRM; EPIC desired. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
