The Farmers Insurance Agent Trainee Program is designed for motivated individuals who want to develop professional sales skills, gain business experience, and explore a pathway toward agency ownership.

Whether you come from sales, retail, hospitality, management, education, customer service, or another industry, this program provides hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience working alongside industry leaders and professionals.

No prior insurance experience is required.

Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, management, recruiting, entrepreneurship, or business development is helpful but not required.
