Primary Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and emails to agents to contract and produce business for various carriers.
This role involves traveling to meet with agents and attending in-person or virtual meetings.
Follow up with agents to ensure agent appointments are completed and confirmed.
Invite agents to attend products and sales techniques webinars and follow up with attendees.
Assist in lead development, recruiting ideas, and advertising.
Convey a friendly, positive attitude while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Demonstrate accuracy and identify ways to improve and promote quality.
Follow policies and procedures and complete tasks correctly and on time to support the organization's goals and values.
Exhibit sound and accurate judgment by including appropriate people in decision-making.
Manage time and workload efficiently while adapting to frequent changes, delays, deadlines, and unexpected events.
Enter and maintain agent or potential agent data in our database.
Follow instructions and ask for and offer help when needed.
Conduct in person outreach, including door knocking, to connect with potential agents and present contracting opportunities. ‑person outreach, including door knocking, to connect with potential agents and present contracting opportunities.
Plan, organize, and host recruitment events to attract prospective agents and promote contracting with our agency.
Represent the agency professionally while traveling for recruitment meetings, conferences, events, and field outreach.
Maintain accurate tracking of travel activities, event outcomes, and agent engagement related to recruitment efforts.
Must have a Life & Health Insurance License, or willing to obtain a license.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
1-3 years of prior experience preferred
Must have an active Life & Health License
Bilingual (Spanish and English) is required
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated

Critical thinking
Must be willing to work at the office, virtual events, and travel for events.
Must have knowledge of the Life & Health Insurance Industry.

Experience planning, coordinating, or hosting events, preferably in a sale, recruiting, or community engagement setting. ‑engagement setting.
