As a/an AI & Insights Lead – Portfolio Growth Programs in Portfolio Growth Programs (AI/Insights Team), you will lead the design and delivery of scalable analytics, AI/ML, and automation capabilities that power data-driven portfolio management. You will partner closely with business, risk, analytics, and technology stakeholders to translate strategy needs into repeatable insight solutions, strengthen governance and controls for AI-enabled processes, and drive measurable improvements in monitoring, reporting, and decision speed across Credit Line Increase (CLI), Balance Transfer (BT), Pricing, and Portfolio Optimization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead AI and insights initiatives across Portfolio Growth Programs to support scalable and data-driven portfolio management.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve reporting, monitoring, and analytical efficiency.
  • Develop AI-enabled solutions and dashboards to enhance visibility into portfolio trends, customer behavior, and strategy performance.
  • Support portfolio strategies including Credit Line Increase (CLI), Balance Transfer (BT), Pricing, and Portfolio Optimization.
  • Partner with business, risk, analytics, and technology teams to translate business needs into practical analytical solutions.
  • Build standardized reporting and insight frameworks to support ongoing strategy monitoring and governance.
  • Leverage advanced analytics and emerging technologies to improve operational effectiveness and decision speed.
  • Support development of scalable data and insight capabilities that can be reused across multiple portfolio strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of AI and automation initiatives to ensure business value delivery. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve productivity across teams.
  • Assist in establishing appropriate controls, governance, and documentation for AI-driven processes. Interact frequently with cross-functional partners and present to senior managers/executives; communicate trade-offs, risks, and recommendations clearly.
  • Stay informed on emerging AI and analytics trends and assess applicability to portfolio management functions.

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in analytics, portfolio management, strategy, or related functions within financial services or consumer lending.
  • Familiarity with emerging AI technologies including Generative AI, LLM applications, Orchestration framework and Intelligent automation solution
  • Experience working with large datasets, reporting frameworks, and analytical tools.
    Strong understanding of portfolio strategies such as credit line management, pricing, balance transfer, or customer engagement strategies.
  • Exposure to AI, machine learning, automation, or advanced analytics applications in business processes.
  • Understanding of scalable AI solution design, prompt engineering, and AI governance concepts 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and driving execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, SAS, Tableau, or similar analytical and visualization tools preferred.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and delivery
